Campus Communications Manager

Overview

Managers will lead the Campus Communications Team at their schools to increase student awareness of the new opportunities their college is providing in collaboration with Rize. Individuals in this role will build marketable skills in project management, digital marketing, event coordination, and partnership development while joining a highly selective cohort of students across the country who are driving real impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead your school’s Campus Communications Team and recruit Ambassadors on your campus
  • Connect with prospective students during campus tours to promote your campus and answer questions about the programs being offered in collaboration with Rize
  • Create video + still content (including testimonials) to assist landing page development for the new academic programs offered on your campus
  • Survey current students using focus groups, meetings, and interviews to get feedback and improve the student experience for students enrolled in Rize courses
  • Host dynamic events on campus to engage students with unique career-focused opportunities (scholarships, LinkedIn headshot days, resume workshops, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Rize’s team in NYC to design and test creative new social campaigns
  • Meet with other Campus Communications Managers to connect with students at schools around the country and build your network
  • Submit monthly reports on team engagement and event metrics

Who We’re Looking For

Rize Campus Communications Managers are highly engaged members of their campus community who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to gain leadership experience. They must be well organized, highly motivated, and interested in gaining real professional experience in marketing and project management.

Compensation

  • $300/month base pay
  • Significant Bonus Compensation:
    • Bonus for each Ambassador recruited
    • Monthly bonuses for highest performing teams
    • One time bonus at end of the semester for a team with the highest campus engagement
